Arts Incubation in·cu·bate; to cause or aid the development of The Arts Council of Beaufort County supports the development of emerging artists and organizations county-wide. The ACBC provides opportunitites for artists to explore and share their artform in creative, supportive and instructive settings enabling artists to collaborate and learn from each other through practical application. The ACBC serves as the official regrant agency of the SC Arts Commission to enhance the arts and cultural opportunities in the county as it believes that creativity is essential to the future of Beaufort County's quality of life and economic growth.
