Eileen and Jackie, Agents for Art, have been given a listing and part of the proceeds from the sale of this house will be donated to the Arts Council of Beaufort County (ACBC)!    The home is located at 2205 Prince Street, behind Beaufort Elementary School.  Please feel free to drive by and have a look!

As promised, the Agents for Art will donate 10% of their earned commission on this home to the Arts Council.  However, as an additional bonus, the seller is going to donate 1% of the gross sales price to the Arts Council also - that will mean a donation of approximately $4000!!!

Here's how Agents for Art works:

Ten percent of any commission earned will be donated to the ACBC from the succesful sale or purchase by any buyer or seller that was refered by an Arts Council member to  Eileen or Jackie.

We do not expect any ACBC member to be a real estate agent - that's our job!  However, the ONLY way that this program will be successful is by your personal contact.  When you are in contact with family members, friends, neighbors, business associates, club members, etc., etc., be sure to ask them if they know of anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.  Refer that contact to Jackie or Eileen and they will take over from there!

$250,000 sales or purchase price of a home = average donation $275 - $350

$500,000 sales or purchase price of a home = average donation $600 - $720

$750,000 sales or purchase price of a home = average donation $850 - $1077
